ABOUT
Franck Helaine is a independent music composer. His influences range from synthwave and disco to ambient and orchestration.
In recent years, he has produced the soundtracks for several short films and plays, notably for Maxime Gaudet and the company Les Libres Penseurs.
After a career in UX design, he decided to make music his main activity. This reconversion began at the end of 2023 with a short film entitled BangBang (Cobbler Pictures Films) for which he composed 14 tracks in a space disco, funk and soul style.
Another project close to his heart is Like a Droid, a personal work to which he has devoted his free time and creative energy for 16 years now.
Although he has no formal academic education, his sensitivity and endless curiosity have enabled him to develop in-depth skills. In addition to composing, he is also involved in the mixing and mastering process of his tracks, always striving to perfect every detail.
